SATB with opt. Children's Choir and opt. Congregation

Here is an up-tempo, multigenerational piece that would serve as a delightful call to worship on Easter or any Sunday during Eastertide. Children (or Treble Choir) introduce the piece singing the happy first eight measures before the SATB joins. In the middle of the piece is a stanza of "Jesus Christ Is Risen Today" (LLANFAIR) that includes optional congregation. The initial theme returns with all forces driving toward the exciting final "Alleluia!" This accessible anthem works independently or together with the Growing in Grace "Champions of Faith" Spring Older Children's curriculum arrangement.
