Cindy Berry has skillfully written a tender Christmas anthem based on the story of the shepherds. The close harmonies in the verses are complemented by an energetic chorus with a memorable melody. The shepherds are invited to "go and see" the promised Messiah and then "go and share" with others the good news. Following a key change, the final chorus invites everyone to "go and tell" the wondrous story, and the piece concludes majestically proclaiming, "Jesus, our Savior, is born today!" An orchestration (Score and parts for Flute, Violin, Cello, and Percussion) is available separately.
