Marty Parks explores the attributes and work of Christ in this moving choral piece. In an almost hymn-like fashion, each stanza is filled with lush part-writing and theologically-rich statements. A contrasting middle section explores the sacrifice made when leaving heaven and becoming our Savior. A third hymn-like stanza returns, followed by beautiful choral writing to finish the piece.
