A hymn concertato by Kevin Hildebrand of the popular festival hymn LOBE DEN HERREN for SATB choir, congregation, organ, two trumpets, timpani, and optional violin and violoncello.
Stanza two here is a setting by Johann Sebastian Bach, from his cantata Lobe den Herren, den mächtigen König der Ehren (BWV 137), with violin, organ, and unison choir or solo voice. A simpler, optional setting of this stanza for SATB choir is also provided.
