n 1997 the Fellowship of American Baptist Musicians commissioned a new work in memory of Don Hinshaw. The resulting work was a powerful adaptation of Ecclesiastes 1 & 12 by lyricist John Parker and composer Mark Hayes. This 25th anniversary edition of "To Love Our God" reminds us yet again that "the reason we live, to love our God." Consider using this piece during stewardship emphasis, Ash Wednesday, or Pentecost.
