This folio and listening CD Resting Place includes quiet, reflective arrangements for solo piano, perfect for times of worship, prayer and meditation. As well as leading worship from the keyboard, David Hamilton often plays at him own church during times of meditation and prayer. By being able to improvise, he can play whatever he is feeling at the moment with a sense of freedom and freshness. His simple and introspective style has prompted many requests for him to record and write down the music, creating both a CD and a Piano Solo Folio. It includes songs both old and new that speak of God's faithfulness and glory through simple, understated musical settings. The folio, an adaptation of the recording, also includes some of his insights on improvisation for the church musician.
