Conceived as a companion product to Brad's successful piano book entitled Forty Days (70/2462L), this volume takes the redemption story from the cross to the empty tomb. Like its predecessor, this collection was written with the intermediate pianist in mind. The keys are friendly, the time signatures are accessible, and extended hand positions are minimal. However, the arrangements remain full of rich piano textures, subtle re-harmonizations, and pleasing musical surprises. Highly recommended!
