"Historic Hymns for Little Hands" preserves famous musical cornerstones of the Christian faith for the next generation of young adults. Eight hymns spanning from medieval days to the Industrial Revolution affirm God's consistency as His people enter the third millennium.
Each early- to mid-elementary solo arrangement has an optional late-elementary duet. Four thematic medleys with smoothly-connecting duet introductions allow for optional cover-to-cover performance although each title works equally well as an individual piece. Each medley increases in difficulty from the previous one. "Historic Hymns for Little Hands" can be played at family gatherings, recitals, and church services year after year.
Teaching aids include stories of the historic hymns and their writers, solo fingerings, numbered measures, sing-along lyrics, and artwork.
