This straightforward rendition of Henry Purcell's original composition is equally successful with bells alone or with optional handchimes and/or optional trumpet. The dotted eighth-sixteenth note rhythm is the source of the Level 3 rating, but otherwise this an easily mastered piece for choirs which normally ring Level 2 music. The bell score does have trumpet cues. Just the right length for weddings, stately ceremonies, or any majestic moment in worship, it is arranged in C Major and is 32 measures.
